Black Horn Leather Goods – Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you received a product that is not what you ordered—whether it’s the wrong color, size, or type, or it’s not in the expected condition (which would be very rare)—please contact us first via WhatsApp at +54 11 3565-0679. We’ll need your order number and, if possible, a photo of the product.
Please remember that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products, except for the straps on the tins that come with complimentary mate bags, or certain bag tags. These may be replaced as a courtesy due to any inconvenience caused.
What’s the deadline for requesting an exchange or return?
You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. If you're nearby, feel free to visit our store, or we can coordinate the return through the most convenient postal service for your case.
Who covers the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, Black Horn will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of preference (e.g. wrong color or choosing a different product), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
